Prior to man and his revolutions of agriculture and trade,
Before the countries had divided, grown then United as Nations only to divide once more.
Back when omnipotent was a meaningless word.
There was another power,
a power far greater than any natural disaster or army of men.
We began our journey somewhere around the point that Africa met Arabia
And so to do the gods.

When man first spoke to God, Gods ears opened for the first time and when man first feared God, Gods hands became a weapon.

First mortals lit fires and watched as the gods flickered and plumed above them.
Then they noticed them in the still waters gazing back in quiet observation.
soon they began to beg for the acknowledgement of gods and dance to please them and tease them down from the sky.
Many gods were awakened.

And some of these Gods gave gifts to mortals in exchange for their faith.
Some of these mortals used these gifts to gain power and some used them to create new gods.

Many gods were awakened.

These young Gods arose hungry and luminous, they gave their light to mortals who created newer gods still.
